Mini Car Rental in Newquay

I would like to compliment one of your staff at Newquay airport office. The young man is called Adam. What a wonderful, polite and caring young man he is.  Our flight from Manchester was delayed by 5 hours on Friday 28/10 and after calling you call centre and getting nowhere and being left worried and upset I got through to Adam. After explaining our predicament and that we would not get into Newquay until after the office had closed Adam agreed to keep an eye out for our flight and agreed to come back to work to sort out handing over they keys and finish the hire paperwork. He also collected us from the terminal and drove us to the office. Being disabled this was a great help. This young man went above and beyond and is a credit to himself and to you.  Whatever you are paying him it is not enough. Congratulations Adam you helped us out when we needed it. You are a star. I will be using your services again in the future.
