      The workers at the Newquay Airport Europcar pick up area were friendly, helpful and human. (This contrasted somewhat with the Economy Booking / Routes end-of-the-phone experience - see under | Negative). The car was in good condition and clean. The pick-up and drop-off were easy and the workers there were in touch with the impact of the numerous flight delays on their customers. Would definately recommend Europcar at Newquay Airport.
