Little bit disappointed that the ""Full Coverage"" turned out to be NOT full and I had to take out further insurance that actually doubled the cost but I| ll know better next time. Also, seems they have charged me for 20 days insurance rather than the 15 days I rented for and I don| t know who to contact about that

Dollar did not have the SUV I ordered and only smaller SUV| s. Fortunately they had a larger higher grade vehicle which they gave me.

I had an amazing experience renting a car with Alamo. From the moment I picked up the car, the service was outstanding. Fuad was incredibly helpful and kind—he truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. As it was my first time renting a car, I was a bit nervous, but he explained everything clearly and reassured me throughout the process. When it was time to drop off the car, Bilal assisted me and was just as professional and friendly. The return was quick, smooth, and completely stress-free. Both Fuad and Bilal made this a fantastic experience with their professionalism and genuine care. I highly recommend Alamo and will definitely rent from them again.

Everthing about the rented car for the booked 4 days was very positive. I only had to buy windscreen wash water at a point and upon presenting the receipt I was assured of refund.

The rental company, EuropCar, was great. The desk agents were super nice and the car was nice.
Car is very new & is clean. Staff is very helpful especially Edward when we return car in London. He reminded us to pay Congestion Tax when we dropped off the car. Last September 2025, I paid about 90 pounds fine & the other car company never tell me about Congestion tax when I return the car in London next to St. Pancras Station.
Europcar were ok upon booking and helped with the insurance, however at the end they drove the car off when i had not finished removing items form the car.
The car was great but what mostly stood out for us was the friendly service from the staff. Adam picked us up from the airport and dropped us back, going out of his way to get us close to departures when we were running late on the return leg. He could not have been more friendly and helpful. Zayn was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. On the paperwork side he happily helped us navigate through a problem we had with our credit card. We also had a navigation error on our return journey which led to a delay in bringing the car back and caused some stress our our side which he professionally and cheerfully defused. He made the paperwork process which can often feel tedious, seem easy and even enjoyable. He| s a great asset to the team.
