A good rental. staff friendly at this location and easy access with shuttle buses. Economy Bookings has a small typo on the reservation stating I had to go to Terminal 3 for pick up [involves underground train] when the shuttle actually goes to Terminal 5.
Eurocar was great but book directly with them so you know how much you| re paying, upfront.
Pick was good, staff needed to spend a little bit more time to go through the workings of the car with you. Car was in excellent condition, drop of was easy & quick. Would highly recommend them.
I can| t complain at all I have used Europcar for years. I live in the USA and come every year to the UK since 1994 and for the as long as I can remember I have gone Directly to Europcar. The money I saved by going to Economy Bookings covered my additional Insurance.

I got upgrade on my car and the staff Mr Hamza is very helpful in explaining all the detail of the insurance..To make me have a peace of mind if involved in an accident. When to return my car Mr Alex who received it is very fast and efficient. It| s been a wonderful driving experience driving in UK.

I had an amazing experience renting a car with Alamo. From the moment I picked up the car, the service was outstanding. Fuad was incredibly helpful and kind—he truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. As it was my first time renting a car, I was a bit nervous, but he explained everything clearly and reassured me throughout the process. When it was time to drop off the car, Bilal assisted me and was just as professional and friendly. The return was quick, smooth, and completely stress-free. Both Fuad and Bilal made this a fantastic experience with their professionalism and genuine care. I highly recommend Alamo and will definitely rent from them again.

The rental company, EuropCar, was great. The desk agents were super nice and the car was nice.
Europcar were ok upon booking and helped with the insurance, however at the end they drove the car off when i had not finished removing items form the car.
