Didn| t get the car I really preferred (luggage space - something that Peugeot has) so upgraded to a bigger vehicle at an acceptable cost.
I loved the rental car it was brand new and it was a lovely car. The staff were very good. I got a puncture while I had the car and the process to get that sorted out was just a phone call and it all went very smoothly and the rental staff, AA staff and garage staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. You know how good a rental service is when things go wrong but it gets sorted efficiently.
The best one stop shop to find a rental car, good prices. We have used them to hire a car in the UK and Canada.
Have used the Manchester Airport car rental village many times before so knew what to expect. Shuttle bus to the village (every 15 mins) and all the rental companies in the same location. Painless experience getting the car and the staff were helpful. Renting is easier than it used to be and no hard-sell on the insurance (which is good). Car was a small SUV - almost new, clean and undamaged. Drop off was the same - quick and easy and the deposit was refunded within a day or two. Good painless and easy experience.

Car was fine. Would have preferred something larger or closer to what I| d booked/was expecting but at the end of the day it was a good car.
Everything went well after the initial getting to the hire depot. Loved the car, plenty large enough for our family of 5 and our eight suitcases. Drop off in Glasgow was easy.

Little bit disappointed that the ""Full Coverage"" turned out to be NOT full and I had to take out further insurance that actually doubled the cost but I| ll know better next time. Also, seems they have charged me for 20 days insurance rather than the 15 days I rented for and I don| t know who to contact about that
Car is very new & is clean. Staff is very helpful especially Edward when we return car in London. He reminded us to pay Congestion Tax when we dropped off the car. Last September 2025, I paid about 90 pounds fine & the other car company never tell me about Congestion tax when I return the car in London next to St. Pancras Station.
