Staff were very helpful, much needed for an 11pm pick up. Jay was particularly good.
Very efficient friendly staff. Vehicle was a bit of a lemon though. MG SUV blind side assist didn| t work (driver| s side) and passenger side kicked in and out. Have used Europecar many time before and will again, just keep at MG on their quality. Overall a very good service.

My flight was cancelled and I collected the car one day later. The staff was still able to help me to arrange a car for me. Enjoyed the car offered, although its navigation is a bit weird.
Pick up was easy we were given a couple of choices of cars. The girl dealing with everything was very knowledgeable sorry we didn| t get her name. Drop off was dealt with a young man called Jamie who did a thorough inspection and was extremely polite and helpful. We found the whole experience with Alamo to be excellent. Thank you

Service assistant at budget desk very helpful and was very quick and efficient. She offered us an upgrade of vehicle when we realised the car we had chosen was not big enough to accommodate 4 people. She provided all the options available and understood our needs. The price option to upgrade was very reasonable and pleased with all aspects of the customer service team.
