I| ve mostly rented from enterprise and your company deals with them as well so it was good. The rates were better than enterprise direct. So it| s better value.

We paid up front for a premium car, unfortunately we lost our credit card in transit from Sydney and only had a debit card to put down a deposit. Company policy is that a credit card is required for premium cars, the staff did what they could to provide a standard car. I have no complaints regarding the Alamo staff but we are yet to hear back from economy bookings regarding the difference in cost of what we paid versus what we received, it| s been 2 weeks.
