Great experience with Hertz. Friendly and efficient. The Polestar was great. At pick up, they could give a little more support to electric car renters in terms of charging process and networks etc. I was a little short on range upon returning and even this was understood and accepted. Overall, amazing service, and experience with the entire process, the staff, and the car. It is absolutely worth it to pay a little extra for the peace of mind of dealing with a reputable company.

Very quick onboarding team. If you’re arriving at Manchester airport then you need to realise the hotel that they are based is not in the airport complex. It’s a couple of miles away but in reality if you just jump a can outside you can be there in 5 minutes instead of wandering around the car rental complex in the airport and queuing for ages . If you live in south Manchester it’s very easy to get to .
