When I returned the car Adam who received the car said that I had been charged for prepaid fuel and I shouldn’t because I returned the car with the exact amount of fuel as when I took the car I have emailed Martha several times and asked her to talk to Adam but at this point in time the issue has not been resolved

Excellent experience from start to finish. We had some initial concerns as the actual rental information wasn| t emailed until a couple of days prior, but we were very pleasantly surprised that everything was exactly as planned and the Alamo staff at both ends were exceedingly good. We would absolutely use this service every time we are booking in the region. Location staff were able to easily add an additional driver for a fee, despite the age of 70 years old.

The car was exactly as I booked 2025 Volvo xc90, it was a hybrid and had 1 mile on the clock. Absolutely perfect. I expected to be charged a little more at drop off and was, but only 2p what a win.
