The rental process was easy online and in person was a smooth journey. Mr Usman Shahid was very attentive and explained that if I paid full coverage (which was only £50 more than the original cost) I could get and upgrade and so I did! I was very happy with my choice. Everything was great. There’s no office at the airport, so you just need to call them and they’ll pick you up within 10 minutes. Drop-off was just as convenient—you simply leave the car at the airport, which made things much easier for me. I would definitely recommend them. The staff member was very friendly and helpful.
