Peter was the guy we dealt with and he was extremely helpful. Obviously he tried to initially have a crack at upgrading us at an additional cost. However, eventually he allowed us to upgrade from a Clio to a BMW 118. Very knowledgeable and personable guy. Highly recommended.

To have outlined the extra potential costs, damage to body, damage and assistance etc. There was an additional charge as we took the car for ""added insurance if someone is from the states. this all led to double the initial cost .
Everything with the car supplier was fine. Pick-up and drop-off did not take much time. The car seems to be a bit larger than in a rental agreement (I don| t knew whether it was the same class or a free upgrade).

The car was great and the staff at the airport were super helpful! When I booked, manual transmission was the only option, and the very kind person who checked us in saw that we are from the US, realized a manual would be hard to manage while also focusing on driving on the other side of the road, and upgraded up to an automatic. And the car was great!
Excellent price and service will use again. The staff were kind and helpful when things went wrong with my credit card. Sorted in the end. A-shuttle that included Paisley Gilmour Street Station would have benn very helpful it is where most of the customers must originate from otherwise very good.
Allistair was excellent on pick up and drop off. He assisted when auto Clio booked via 3rd party service I usually use was offered as a smaller auto Toyota by Green motion.Upgrade @ £10 per day was some consolation overall. Offered Peugeot 2008 was a lovely car. Support by Team when infotainment display went blank and took battery disconnect and reset was appreciated. Staff overall were helpful, curious and a pleasure to deal with. Happy thanks
Dale was an absolute star. I was offered an upgrade but felt the car was too big as I only drive smaller cars he helped me through the process and a car became available earlier than expected so offered me the car once it was clean
