Everything went super fluently, I missed my flight ih Hungary and I had to take an other plane to Glasgow but that arrived only in the afternoon. Everybody was wery helpful and they managed to get the rented car in the afternoon also with the same conditions. The guy - Angus - was also wery helpful and he managed to do everything professional and in a happy mood in a short time and after a disasterous start in the morning everything got well in the afternoon.

Overall very positive experience - we had relied on our credit card from Canada to cover insurance and were aghast to discover it wasn| t so we needed to pay more - this was offset by being offered a much better car at no extra charge so while we had to incur an additional charge that was not expected it was offset by the better driving experience with the upgraded car.
