We picked the car up from Enterprise car rental at Leeds Bradford Airport. The young man that served us was very pleasant, friendly and helpful and explained everything. He offered us an up grade as the car we paid for wasnt available. We also decided to up grade to an Automatic, at an extra cost of 75.00 pounds which we feel was a good decision due to the very narrow roads and hills around yorkshire. The car we ended up with was a Renault Hybrid, it was absoutley fantasic on fuel, very comfortable and spacious and drove very well. On Returning the car the young Lady (Sam) i think was, was also very friendly and polite and had us on our way within less than 10mins, she said she would process our return payment that day, and she did. I was very happy with the car and service we recived. Booking online with Economy Bookings was very easy and i would use this company again.
