I have issues trying to rent a car via hertz and enterprise. I| ve gone to pick up vehicles only to find that I| m unable too for various reasons. This would then leave me having to hire someone with a van/car. I ran through a few issues when picking up my car but the staff were diligent and knowledgeable, meaning I could get the car without ay problems and go about my next few days as planned. I am 100% going to be using Alamo for all my car rental needs, it| s been a very long time I| ve received a service I| m this happy about, without a single complaint
