Millie at Stansted helped us when we picked up our car. She was very helpful and friendly. Reggie assisted the drop off ant Heathrow and was also very friendly and quick with the process.
Upon return Timmy was super helpful and efficient checking the car in and helping me on my way to the shuttle bus. Upon arrival Polly was also very helpful and did her best to get me on the road asap.

The rental process was easy online and in person was a smooth journey. Mr Usman Shahid was very attentive and explained that if I paid full coverage (which was only £50 more than the original cost) I could get and upgrade and so I did! I was very happy with my choice.
