The check in guy was efficient and professional. I think his name was Will. The Renault 9 seater was clean and well prepared. This was much better than my experience at another local Enterprise rental point. Great price and vehicle was a pleasure to drive. Six family members were carried to a funeral in London. All were comfortable and the vehicle handled all the baggage easily.
