I was very late arriving to collect my hire car after chaos at Birmingham airport, 2 hours to get off the plane, and it was nearly 11pm. The only car hire open was Alamo/Enterprise and I was welcomed and dealt with very swiftly and efficiently with none of the superfluous paperwork often gone through. I was also super quick when dropping the car off. Every member of the team was helpful, smiling and approachable which after a fraught journey was very much appreciated.
