As soon as I landed at Bristol airport I contacted Hertz to find out the location of the collection point and spoke to Thomas Quinn who gave me clear & friendly instructions where to wait for the bus to take me to the rental building. Thomas very kindly offered me an upgrade, explained fully about the details of my rental and helped me with my suitcases. Having had a in February an extremely bad experience with the rental company Drivalia (who I will never use again or recommend) at Bristol Airport, where they offer no collection service and I had a 20 minute walk with 2 large suitcases to their office and then the same on return… Thomas’s polite and friendly attitude and the short time it took to collect my vehicle was wonderful. I would most certainly recommend HERTZ and commend the excellent service from their member of staff Thomas Quinn.

Only downfall was the bus back to terminal took 20 minutes and we were tight for time. Other thent that it was absolutely fantastic
