I would like to prise Mr Claudiu Silisteanu for his professionalism. At arrival he was polite and had the vehicle ready for handover. Due to being very late in the night we commonly agreed to have the car inspected on the following day and provide photographic evidence of any findings. On return he welcomed us with the same politeness and professionalism. The return handover was done under 10 minutes and stress free. The rental company is great. We always received immediate response and shuttles were arranged from the airport and back. Very polite and pleasant staff and excellent cars. I would especially like to mention Razvan and Florin who helped us a lot and upgraded us in choosing a car. I have already sent relatives to the same company. Highly recommend!!
