We landed, came ouf the airport, called the company, 3 min later they picked us up and it took another 3 min to the company. Ovidiu the guy who gave us the car, was really cool and helpful. We got an upgrade for free. The car - a ford suv - was new(1000km) and had also the smell of a new car :) The drop off: took max 5 min. The worker checked for damages - so he did his job - everything was ok because i took good care of the car, so the deposit - 2000 Euro- was given back! I booked really very often cars from different companies but it was never so easy and chilly :) Im giving such a good feedback you could think im getting paid by klaas wagen but we should leave also feebacks when we have good experiences not only the bad ones!

they are good, except that I made the mistake of renting the car without looking for full insurance and I had to pay one more time for the insurance and I ended up with a total of 400 euros for 16 days, thanks
Staff was great, however they missed the time and place of pick up, but they were good enough to pick me up Car didn| t have the ac working condition, but luckily wasn| t that hot Overall it was ok I will recommend this company to others

The pickup was hard to find but the information desk at the airport called the company and helped me to find the meeting point.

We got double insurance as we didn’t understand when booking online to get the insurance through Klass Wagon instead of online. Wish it would have stated that better.

Normally, I wont give a feedback unless I| m either really pleased or really disappointed. Initially I wish to give a terrible 0 star rating as of Wednesday but happy to not do that, and wait a little. I pick up a car for my short holiday to Timisoara, where I had a dental treatment. Car was clean, in good condition, low mileage, grey color (terrible to spot small scratches). I have been check in quickly, offered to buy their extra insurance for the peace of my mind or to go without any extra excess refund insurance. I decline to take their insurance as found to be too expensive, but already had an excess refund insurance on my own bought it from UK. We go trough checking the car together for previous damages, of where some of damages were already on the check sheet, others were found on the spot when I was check them with the staff ( a little minus here for company as all the damages should without ""if"" or ""but"" known by staff prior that, not bring to attention by customer). After that, I was singed the contract and allowed by the staff to make my own evidence in the format of photos for clear damages/scratches and a long video of little over 20 minutes of outside car including tires, rims, underneath and top of the car for small scratches not seen then but able to see them at later stage if there are any challenges. After that I was on my way for a short holiday. Wednesday 20th November, at around 02.30 in the morning I drop off the car for inspection, and here start the surprises... Everything was ok, as I look after rentals as after my own car, but just a little scratch of around 1 cm was brought to my attention in the most polite way by their staff, and that scratch was on the rear door passenger inside frame (the rear door left side,behind driver but inside the door, so able to see only if you open the door). Now that became frustrating as I was just myself using the car with no any other passengers whatsoever. So that door as well as others except driver

I booked the car while we took off, we were not even sure if the payment went through yet they still managed to bring the car in time and ready to go. The staff are very nice, polite and helpful. Very happy and I strongly recommend them!
