The deal with you, and this is not the first time, was absolutely fine. The price is excellent. You met my standards. And I will continue to rent cars through you. I travel every month to Romania and other places. But there is a problem: you are not always aware of the behavior of the companies from which you receive the car. And here you need to put more emphasis. I purchased the rental and also full and comprehensive insurance for all damage or deductible. Moreover, since I do not take risks or do not always understand what will happen at the end of the rental, I purchased additional insurance to prevent deductibles even in the travel insurance I took out and paid an extra $22. I traveled happily and expecting everything to be fine. It really was not like that. At the rental company, I received service from a representative named David. From the first moment he said that he did not accept or respect your insurance and that it was insufficient and that I might pay dearly for any damage that might occur. Therefore, he demanded that I rent the car or their insurance again at a cost of 170 euros and another 100 euros as a deposit. I insisted and said that was unacceptable to me. I grabbed the keys and went to the hotel. It was 11:00 PM at night. And he continued to border on harassment. Finally he gave in, but his attitude was very negative.
The car was clean and ready at time . She was worm when we arrive with the satel . Very good service.

The company is great, I can only recommend them. They even gave me an upgrade without asking and stopped with the pressure selling when it comes to the extra insurance. I didn| t want to highlight the negative experiences separately because the company is definitely one of the best I had to deal with in Romania but I did have two things that I didn| t like. First, when I returned the car, the person working there was trying to pin an almost invisible surface scratch on me, which I could pretty much ""polish out"" using my finger. It felt a bit like he saw, I didn| t have the extra insurance so he wanted to scare me with something. The car was covered with loads of surface scratches, I spent an hour taking pictures but it| s difficult, especially when the sun is shining on the car and you have loads of angles. It felt a bit scammy but in the end, he was fine. Secondly, you need to return the car washed/cleaned unless you| re happy to pay 25EUR on top of everything. This I have never experienced before and I travelled to 50+ countries. It| s not a huge deal but you need to make sure to leave enough time before returning, especially considering that you could end up going to a car wash that| s busy so it can get risky.
Bit out of the way, but once I got there and although I had to wait a bit the whole process was very quick once we got going. Great value.

I rented a car for 28 days while visiting my family in Cluj-Napoca. Everything went smooth got a nearly new Ford Puma paid deposit 2000 euro got the deposit back after . Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend just make sure you bring Credit Card in your name.

Especially liked the car — it was almost new and exactly what I had ordered. The service was good, and the staff were friendly. Their office is located at the airport, right in the arrivals terminal, which made the pick-up and drop-off process almost instant. The only downside was that, because it was snowing outside, the car was a bit splashed with dirt on the exterior.
This romanian company Autonom was not the cheapest but had very good reviews. Other companies have extremely low prices which do not make sense and feel more like a trap. The rental booth is inside the airport and the clerk was ver cooperative. When I told him that I have coverage on my credit card, he did not insist on selling me extra insurance and in fact, with this company the car is insured except the excess which again is much less than other companies, only 1100 Euro. I reserved an Opel Astra manual, but they gave me an upgrade which is a VW T-Cross. The car was new, only 13k km on it and the performance of this 3 cyl turbo is mindblowing. The consumption is amazing, between 5 and 6l / 100km even if you drive a bit faster. I did not have to wash the car before returning it. Many other rental car companies in Romania do request this, All in all an amazing experience and they are open 24h.
Very good service, they have an office at the airport, easy to find, and the pick-up and return were very fast. The car was almost new, exactly what I requested. Nothing to complain about!
