Great value, so easy to collect from Auckland airport, short walk with loads of signage. Very easy to return with special lane allocated for car rental returns on entrance to airport.
Car was good,staff were good but signage and directions are lacking,the gps sent us through international,back through domestic and on our third attempt seen a tiny little sign. Give people a map would help as the gps in car was wrong 3 times
The entire process was great and the vehicle suited our needs well. I wasn’t able to find a car wash near the airport and returned the vehicle in rather dirty condition and I was pleasantly surprised to see that I wasn’t charged for cleaning. That was amazing- will highly recommend and return to ezi.
When I dropped it off I said that it was quite dirty from driving up the mountains and the response was awesome “Don’t worry about it we will take care of that, that’s why you hire a car”
