Staff were polite and helpful. Car was a late model Rav 4 hybrid wèll pressnted, spacious and clean. It was very comfortable and drove well. Car return was easy and quick.

After making the booking our plans changed, so we had to change the dates for our car rental. The e-wallet process worked well allowing an easy cancellation and fresh booking reusing our existing payment. In our case the new booking was for a reduced amount and we were easily able to get the left over amount refunded. Great service. The actual rental went well. Simple quick pick up and drop off with __Mode, car was great and staff were friendly and helpful.
