      I rented a Toyota RAV4 from YES Rental – Christchurch branch for 12 days. The car was a bit old but well maintained and ran smoothly throughout my South Island trip. I only faced one issue — a flat tire — and the spanner provided didn’t fit. The emergency support team quickly sent someone with the right tool, and I was able to use the spare tire to drive about 40 km back to YES Rental, where they replaced the tire without any hassle. Overall, it was a good experience. The car was reliable and comfortable for long drives, and the team’s quick support made the situation easy to manage. Would recommend YES Rental for their helpful service and dependable vehicles.
