Had trouble with my debit card when picking the car up and the customer service ladies at Mode were very helpful and patient while I made calls to sort it out. Had a RAV4 for a month and it was excellent.

The lovely lady who was on the Europcar desk when I picked up the car provided the best service I have ever received for a car hire company. She chatted while working out the booking, provided very helpful advice and was just lovely. I thought about asking for her phone number....lol. She is a real asset to Europcar, give her a pay rise. Affordable, efficient car, few scratches and a dent when I picked it up but I didn’t care I was less stressed about scratching it myself, an older model car but I didn’t want a brand new car to drive around definitely got me from A to B comfortably, so glad there is this option available, love your work.
