Staff at both pick up and drop off were very helpful. Car was the model we booked and very good condition. We changed the drop off location on the advice of the staff on pick up. This was not a problem. Would use again without doubt.

After making the booking our plans changed, so we had to change the dates for our car rental. The e-wallet process worked well allowing an easy cancellation and fresh booking reusing our existing payment. In our case the new booking was for a reduced amount and we were easily able to get the left over amount refunded. Great service. The actual rental went well. Simple quick pick up and drop off with __Mode, car was great and staff were friendly and helpful.
