Once I got picked up by shuttle, we arrived to the car rental location within 10 minutes. Nice and easy, very quick, they went over the car with me and I left. Gave me half a tank on oick up which was fine and I had to return on half a tank. Returning the car was nice and easy, they did a quick look over and returned ny bond no issues.

Everything was exactly as I had hoped and overall the hire was great BUT after refunding me for the bond they then said they found a chip in the screen and charged me 150.00 nzd for it. I told them I had full insurance and they said they would send me the claim form and all the information I needed to claim it back. STILL WAITING. A bad taste after a good hire.

The price I paid for the car and service were outstanding. I had never used or heard of that company, but will definitely share my experience with the company. Very little wait time to be picked up and dropped off. Registering and dropping the car off was easy and seamless. A very good experience .

I was unaware of the booking system. But at the airport the van driver assisted by insuring we got the next van drop off. Then when I got to the pick up point I didn| t think I had to prebook. The guy there was very helpful and sorted the vehicle I wanted that is why it took longer to pick up. I was very grateful for his help in finding me a vehicle and getting us on our way.
