Helpful staff. Initially was not the type of vehicle she provided, saying we didn’t specify the model when we booked thru third party but when I make the booking. When we request to upgrade, she was helpful, she checked with her supervisor and able to provide us with the model we requested without any hassle. Strongly recommend to use EZi make sure don’t choose the wrong car rental company not EZU.

Very well priced compared to other well know rental companies. We saved heaps the car was not a brand new model Toyota Camery but it was clean reliable and got us around and the money we saved we put towards better accommodation and dining.
