Pick up and drop off was quick and easy . Very friendly and helpful staff . The cleanliness of the car was immaculate inside , the drivers window outside had some sort of greasy residue on it which was annoying and the car looked as though it got a quick rinse , LOL . One individual who initially served me, did as little as possible to help, however when I approached a different person for help, he was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was a problem for him and he soon got us on the road all with a smile and a lovely attitude. The same person attended to us when we dropped the car back to the rental company and once again was wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend him. Unfortunately I did not get his name.

Everything was good. Staff friendly, car very new and clean. Told about tolls - we purchased tolls. All worked well hopefully because the ability to check on the website is delayed by more than 10 days.
We did not know what to expect, considering that we had not heard of this particular company. We were pleasantly surprised to find a high quality of service, that met our expectations of a car hire company in full. We were accepting of transit times to/from the airport, understanding this was a cheaper company and overall we were very happy with the provided service. We would certainly seek quotes from this company again.

Our flight was delayed and we arrived 5 minutes before the office closed but the staff still came and picked us up. They said they wee waiting for someone else who was returning a car. Was dark and rainy and we really appreciated being able to get the car rather than find alternative transport and come back for the car in the morning.
