She went out of her way to help us with some complications we encountered on our trip, going so far as to call me back a day after I spoke with her to give even further assistance. I don| t often review but I thought that Emma was so lovely that she deserved the recognition. I would 100% go back to her and I| ve already sung her praises when talking about our trip.       Booked car the day before, and got an upgrade which was awesome. Clear instructions on how to use vehicle. Vehicle was clean and tidy, 2023 Kia was like learning a new phone lol. But all in all great experience, car drove well and was good on gas.
