SUV Car Rental in Rotorua

The RAV4 we picked up was not in a good condition mechanically- it revved a lot and made a lot of sound. So after a couple of hours we went back to get it exchanged- we were immediately given a replacement by Hyundai kona hybrid within a few minutes. The replacement car was very smooth, even though small.

Car pickup and drop-off went smoothly. On pickup it was mentioned that the car hadn| t been completely cleaned so we were given a discount. It was perfectly fine though, just in need of a little vacuum. Overall, very happy with the car and the customer service, so would definitely recommend.

The vehicle was excellent. At first I was surprised by the hybrid and worried it was only electric. Only issue was trouble finding the fuel cap release- (no button- just press on cover to open). Car and systems are wonderful and easy to use. Drives well. Their services, and condition of the vehicle is 100%
