We had an amazing time in New Zealand and our car was perfect from ordering on line, to speedy pickup and drop off. there is a free airport phone outside the terminal at the shuttle bus pickup area and the bus seems to come every half hour anyway. my car was quite old and wasn| t very clean when i picked it up but i didn| t return it super clean either and it was no problem. would definitely use them again.
Fuel tank was filled to the brim. I reached Te Anau from Queenstown and the fuel gauge only dropped a little. Toyota e-Four hybrid is really fuel economy!

Excellent value and using a thrifty car made it easy as pickup was direct from airport. We were happy we got an upgrade from suv to a ford ranger Ute with canopy. Great Ute nothing to complain about!
