      I was worried about booking in the US and having everything work out. I booked months in advance and I would check the booking each month prior to leaving and then days before. Everything looked great online. When I arrived in Auckland the day we would be leaving to go to Nelson was a holiday, Boxing Day, and I was worried. I called and the gal on the phone was so kind and polite. She assured I had my car and even when we arrived almost an hour late,, it took less than 10 minutes and we were out the door with the car. I really like this company!!
