EZI are a very professional and friendly company to deal with, and the reception staff are excellent. The car was as requested, clean, immaculate inside, low mileage, very few minor bodywork blemishes, a wonderful economic drive. No issues with the vehicle throughout the hire period.
The car and rental process were fine. The issue is with the insurance program (we are still waiting for a refund). Therefore we will not be using or recommending your company.
