Positive experience with the car rental. The car was with Ezu cars, they’ve contacted me by phone prior to confirm the booking and were flexible on the timing which was out of their working hours.

The process to find and book a car online with HAO Rentals was very easy and the rates including deposit and excess were excellent. Pick up and drop off were simple. The car was ready on time and clean. Staff were excellent including when I had to call to confirm the booking and ask a couple of quick questions.
I searched for a while before booking and best value for money car was great for our needs
The staff are friendly and although the rental shop isn’t at the airport, they come pick you up from the airport and drop you back there on their shuttle bus. It took about a 10 minute wait for the shuttle. The ease of collecting the car and dropping it off was excellent
Car ran much better than expected for a small vehicle. Very clean inside on pick-up Counter staff were efficient and pleasant.
With the cost of fuel, this little hybrid car was awesome and great value. It stored our 2 medium size bags and 2 backpacks in the boot.
