Easy rental process. Completed the check-in online before, which made the pick up process easy. They had also taken photos to document the vehicle condition before hand, since it was a one way rental and e-mailed them to me. The car was likely 3-4 years old, but in good condition both inside and out. The employees were friendly and personable both when picking up and dropping off the rental.
The HAO guys were a pleasure to deal with. Fast and efficient. I had booked a hybrid since I wanted the fuel economy, but they gave me a larger car instead. That was a bit annoying at first, but the cars economy was very good anyway.
