Even I made the booking just 12hours before, still have pretty good model for rent. Those safety equipped, chargers, entertainment system, parking assist, only in new model cars , helps me a lot and avoid lots of dangerous on road.
Overall the booking was successful quick and easy the only thing I would make sure you did is don’t take the booking company insurance just take the one at the place you collect the car saves Money and a better insurance

Yes Rental provided exceptional service in Christchurch, like timely pick-up and introduction. Even hand-by-hand snow chain installation training is detailed and patient as well. Hope to see staff there again!

We had 6adults +luggage. Plenty of room for all and comfortable. Handled on the roads well, adequate power and a good turning circle, fuel efficient. Travelled over 3000kms would happily use it again
The staff (especially Jay) was courteous and very professional. Jay seemed to take a personal interest in our needs and took the extra step to ensure we were satisfied with the overall transaction. Everyone did a great job.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Getting the upgrade meant we had enough room for our large family which enhanced our trip so much. The staff were amazing and allowed us to drop the car back an hour later then planned at no extra charge and also very friendly through each stage of the process. We would only use Auto Union Car rentals in the future.

Excellent value for money. The car ran beautifully and was clean and tidy with a few outside marks that did not detract from the overall hire. It was easy to book and pick up. I would definitely use this hire company again.
Pick up from airport was timely, staff was friendly and helpful. Vehicle was as requested. The child seat was also clean and in good condition. Grateful that it was a new vehicle.
Vehicle used to transport family and luggage from Australia to enjoy beautiful cold New Zealand in particular the Mackenzie country. Beeping GPS noises are frustrating and should b e optional on your cars.
Booking was easy and the confirmation process was straightforward. The vehicle suited our trip and overall we managed to complete our journey without major issues. I appreciate the availability of cars during a busy travel period.
