Smoothest car hire we have ever had traveling from the mainland to Tasmania. We where picked up by bus at the airport on the day of arrival and dropped back to the airport in the same car on the day of departure. Very nice.

The vehicle was as ordered and in very good condition. The car hire rate was very competitive - the lowest available. The staff were friendly, efficient and quick, with minimal paperwork to be completed at pick-up and drop-off. The only minor issue was that the pick-up location details described in the pre-arrival information differed from the (accurate) pick-up location details received by SMS when I texted my arrival. This caused some confusion but fortunately the two locations were not far apart and both could be attended by members of my group. All in all, a very pleasing experience.
