At the time of pickup, I was not able to get any internet connection, and thus no Google Maps (in hindsight I should have downloaded the maps prior). I did not know how to get to my destination. I had mentioned this in passing with the woman helping me. Without me asking or knowing, she had gone into Google Maps on her computer, searched my destination, got the directions, and printed them out for me. Outstanding. Thanks to the helpful woman at the Launceston branch. It was much appreciated.

Despite all the negative reviews I actually had no issues with economy bookings. The car hire was a great price for the car I got with bargain car hire. Just make sure you read all the t+Cs about cancelling etc as I think this is where people had issues but I didn| t need to cancel my booking so was all good.

Check in was quick, staff member was helpful and cheery disposition, we were in and out very quickly and on the road in less than 15 minutes
Staff were very professional. Sold an upgrade on arrival, which was appreciated. Drop off was straight forward and we were at the terminal within minutes.
It was the car we ordered but next time would up grade just because of the time drinking.
Fantastic happy staff. Service was excellent. Car like new. Fast pick up. Will use them again for sure. I left my glasses in the car and when at the airport realized they were missing. They brought then to me withing 5 minutes. No problem at all.

The car was good (it had done ~90,000 km) but had a small fuel tank (~30L) and the ride in the light vehicle was a liitle bouncy. The small motor meant acceleration was not quick.
