Thank you to the team for their wonderful response when I reported a mechanical problem with the MG3 - the first rented car. RAC man Barry confirmed there was a serious emerging issue with the gearbox, and the team from Hobart were with us very promptly with another bigger car. The Hobart team is amazing!! I used a third party to book. Then I learned the issues with the “full waivers”. Now I’ll book directly, thanks to the brilliant, knowledgeable service from the young lady at reception. She’s GOLD! Asked for feedback on the Kia K4 I was given (which is excellent, btw). In short, price, service and car were impeccable compared to others at Cairns. I’ll definitely use you guys again! Five stars!

So much easier getting a mini bus out of Melbourne Airport to pick up the car. And drop off is great not having to get into the airport carpark area.
