By far this is the easiest process of getting a hire car at Melbourne Airport. The beautiful lady at the hire desk was awesome, so friendly and helpful. The car was great and economical an dropping the car off is an easy process. The gentleman thst transported us back to the airport was so lovely. The young lady (Emelia Tracey) at the Pick-Up/Drop-Off point was so bubbly and enthusiastic it was hard not get caught up in it. She made the whole experience an enjoyable one.

If you don| t mind taking a shuttle a few minutes from the airport to get your car, this is a great company for a reasonably priced car. Friendly professional staff make pick up and drop off easy. We had a large SUV that met our needs (lots of luggage and a wheelchair), it was new and in perfect condition. There| s also a gas station right across the street for easy fill up when you return your car.

We’ve been travelling to Melbourne every year, at least once a year, for the past 15 years and I wish we found these guys earlier. Really friendly staff, bent over backwards to accommodate us. Efficient, friendly, speedy pick up and drop off of vehicles and amazingly friendly pickup and drop off to airport…..great value cars as an extra bonus! Well done
