The car was as ordered and at a good price. It took us wherever we needed to go and we were happy with the car overall. Check in and drop off including airport transfer was quick and efficient. Risk of kangaroo and hailstorm damage was a little overstated but I guess could happen but is unlikely.
I think the pick- up drive by the name of Jason was extraordinary. He was helpful and suportive assiting my family loading our luagages in the vehicle. His communication with my family was friendly and warm welcoming. As a result this, all further travelling to Brisbane; we would always book West Coast higher car.

From booking this car online to the ease of finding the Europe car office, to the amazing friendly staff who were still in a good mood at midnight, this whole experience was a wonderful experience. The car was better than I expected and super fancy and helped me to enjoy an unexpected trip that was potentially going to be very stressful.
