I wish I could remember the names of the two lads who helped us. One was a Kiwi and the other a young blonde Aussie, and they were unreal. We had a hiccup with our payment and he kept us relaxed the whole time, grabbed us waters, joked with us, and was genuinely kind. He even remembered us when we dropped the car back. He’s a real asset to your team.
