The whole process was easy from booking online to hoping off the plane and getting the shuttle bus to No Birds. There was no issue with flying in early evening as the rental place is open longer hours than most.

Staff are very nice people and the process was in fact the best I have ever encountered.
The only downside of the rental was the directions to the shuttle pick up.It was quite hard to find the correct side of the road on the footpath that we were directed to follow, otherwise everything with the car itself was fine.
Overall, I recommend No Birds for their fast friendly service and very good value for money
