Having looked at a number of car hire companies, I found Economy Bookings organised a car hire for a very competitive price with East Coast Rentals who were exceptionally efficient and professional.
The pick up was quick. We took photos as always, and had the few scrapes already on the car pointed out to us, and we were sent photos of the car showing the scrapes. When we handed the car back, again taking photos, there was no suggestion as has happened in the past that these scrapes were down to us. It was all very fair. We merely await return of deposit. The car was very comfortable over long distances, quite economical, and easy.
