The staff was very friendly and helpful. I got the car I wanted even though I was given a different car at the beginning. The paper work was fast and smooth. I was not under any pressure to buy additional insurance which was a pleasant surprise, given the very comparatively rental price offered to me. Drop off was also very smooth. I’ll highly recommend this rental car company to anyone traveling to Hobart. As a reference, for two weeks rental I got the price of A$500 vs A$3000 by regular rental car companies at airport counter.

The guy that helped us with the pick up, drop off and all the paperwork and everything was super friendly, helpful and professional. Even though our original car had a faulty windshield and we had to change cars he had a viable solution for us which worked out just as good!
Really easy to book and get all coverage needed for accidents etc. Staff were very helpful at pick up explaining options at drop off time and what was needed to prove refueling etc. No issues encountered at all.
After making contact with the company the pickup driver was able to pick us up. To receive the car it was very easy. The person who looked after me (Pawan)) was very helpful and efficient. I would definitely use them again and will also recommend them to anyone traveling to Hobart. Also when returning the car it took only minutes for Pawan to drop us off at the airport.
