Easy booking process.. Chose mystery car due to it being a busy period and was allocated a 1 Ton van.. I| m used to these so no issue, but I can see this could be a problem for less confident/experienced drivers. It wasn| t clear whether the number of passengers was taken into account with this allocation -luckily there was only me, but in future would pre-advise number of people travelling. Overall experience excellent from service and quality of vehicle perspectives.

The booking went well. The Alamo desk was in the airport terminal and collecting the car was easy. We booked a small car (only two us travelling) but we| re ""upgraded"" on arrival to a large SUV. Sounds great, but it| s not all rosy. Fuel use far higher, parking it in the hotel multi storey was difficult. I had to exit via the passenger door one evening, space was so tight. Also no sat nav. We nicknamed it The Tank.
The team was really polite and helpful, not only in providing a great rental car but they also went out of their way to give us a few recommendations on our trip! Local knowledge mixed with great customer service made this rental car a great experience!
Anne Overall was an easy experience, terms and conditions a bit complicated but finally got used to the APP easy to use after some practise. Had to cancel a future booking, my money now sits in my e wallet,I will have to try and speak to someone to help withdraw this. I hope that runs as smoothly. Thank you

We got picked up at the airport and dropped off at our hotel when we return the car. The gentleman was very kind to do that and helpful and I felt with the Carr lovely to drive.
