Economy Car Rental in Newcastle

We were very impressed with this company as we arrived it was so easy and quick. Our flight was cancelled and we needed to keep the car another which was done with ease. Would definitely recommend and use them again

I always have great customer service from using Sixt car rental, that is why I always pick them over others when making a booking. I have used others in the oat. They look after me and I especially like it when I get upgraded to a better car which is fantastic .

The only issue was one to do with insurance cover for damage. We pre-purchased full cover via economy bookings, but the lady at the Alamo pick-up desk said this insurance was invalid!!! If the car got damaged, we would have to pay up in full and then try to claim money back from Economy Bookings, who had ""nothing to do with Alamo""!!! This madness needs to be sorted please.
