I even left one of my baggage behind in the shuttle bus when dropped off to the airport, and they were nice enough to return it to me asap even though the bus wasn| t scheduled for the airport, yet they came so I wouldn| t miss my flight. Everything Fleet was just exceptional amongst other car rentals that I’ve tried before. We specifically wanted a Jimny that’s why we opted to hire from them, and we surely were not disappointed. Pick-up instructions were clear and very timely. Drop off was also very quick and more importantly very convenient. Customer service was also good. Overall impression is really positive. Hope we could find more branches across Australia so we could always use them for our car rental needs.

Staff went above and beyond helping me access the internet on my laptop because I was panicking and couldn| t concentrate as I had to find evidence that I had recently renewed my licence because the one I was carrying had expired. One lovely young lady came and sat next to me and even allowed me to use the hotspot from her mobile data, she was very calming and I am very grateful but I didn| t get to thank her as she was on a break when I finally sorted it out.
