Value for money, ease of service, everything was great. In fact I recommended the service to someone while I was at the Gold Coast! The car had some hail damage but I seriously did not care - it was barely noticeable and I appreciated it meant I was able to afford a car for 5 days rather than just one. Europcar OOL was such a breeze to deal with. Carpark is right out front so no need to leave the family behind while you take a shuttle off site to collect your rental. A++
